10 POINT PROGRAM FOR IRON ROOFS -

Any unserviceable sheets are replaced.

All sheets Tek screwed at least 4 per sheet.

Lifting sheets secured using Tek stitching screws.

High pressure water clean entire roof area to remove all dust and flaking paint, etc.

High pressure water clean all gutters and check flow of downpipes.
bullet

Repair any large rust holes using scrim and elastoseal..
bullet

Wire brush down rusted areas and apply Rusteater Rust Converter to these areas. (Spot Prime).
bullet

Apply 1 coat of Cromseal All Purpose Primer.
bullet

Apply 2 coats of Crommelins 100% Iron Roof Coating to entire roof area.
bullet

Leave site clean and tidy.
